Yeah I drove through one of the winter storms yesterday on my way back from Mississippi to Missouri. People in Arkansas do not know how to drive in snow.

Nobody in the south knows how to drive in the snow. In sure it's crazy at home...meanwhile it's 80 here.

lol up here in NY we're supposed to have a pretty bad storm this Wednesday... In other words a Southern blizzard :P

But that's normal for NY. In Kentucky, we have small amounts of salt for the roads and extremely small fleets of trucks for snow removal, if any at all. (And they don't know how to clear snow when they bring their trucks out). Luckily, being from NY, y family knows how to drive in the snow and handle it, so they should be okay.
