nah your computer clock can never be wrong it updates itself and everything lol

the time is based off the server time.. for example mine says January 24th, 2014 7:44pm but it is 4:44pm the server is based on the east coast which is why it says it is 3 hours ahead. This is why some sites especially forums will let you select your timezone, so the site times will match your local time.

better to just use Zulu time and not have to deal with it.

As far as the minutes, who knows.
