Division 1 sucks.

The only one that wouldn't blow everyone out of the water if they moved down would be my Guard. They actually have a score under what the current number 1 in Div. 2 has so move them back down so I can get my Div. 2 medal. :(

That's a different idea Asia. I feel like I should have used my skill points differently too. I usually do what Strad does, to make sure I actually make enough money.

When I started, I made sure I saved up my skill points for the Administrator skill and then the Guidance skill. Those two alone can make a huge difference in the amount of staff and funds you have. You probably gain director levels much faster early on, so the longer you wait for those skills, the harder it will be to get them.
