I'm not so sure this year. This concept has been beaten to death. I know that Crown will be very original with it, but Space themed shows have been overused. They won't be generic for sure, but I don't see them winning the title. I'm rooting for BLOOOOO all the way.

Crown wins once and they act like their poop don't stink. Did you see their facebook #crownouncement or something lame like that.. like a week before announcing their show, trying to play it all up like everyone has been waiting all year to find out what it is and it will be the highlight of their month?

Meh... it's not like they were running tv commercials about the show. They were posting stuff on their fan page. Seems a little silly to gripe about something like that to me.

I'm hoping for Colts to make finals again with their show this year. It seems like it will be pretty entertaining.

I'd love it it the Colts made Finals. Their drum major is a really good friend of mine (we both were in the UK Tuba Studio and Phi Mu Alpha together). He's actually one of two drum majors from UK (the other being Blue Stars) so hopefully they can both make it!

Yeah my college had many that went to Colts, Pioneer, Madison, Cavies, and Phantom. As well as Cap Reg and Southwind when they were active. So I tend to cheer on some of them the most. I did Pioneer and almost did Cap Reg the year before they folded, but couldn't raise the funds quickly enough.

there is a reason you don't see other corps doing that... even if it is just on their fan page (and it wasn't.. they tried to make their own hashtag about it)

lol I am just rooting for them because I am a huge fan is all. I didn't know they did that either. That is kinda lame xD But I'll be sticking with crown simply because I may be auditioning for them next season.

Your reaction sounds a lot like my reaction whenever a school besides UK, UNC, Kansas, UCLA, or Duke brags about any sort of basketball accomplishment. You'd say "act like you've been there" if it wasn't for the fact that they likely haven't.

That being said I love what Crown is doing (besides Rach Star... that was horrible) and I hope they keep it up. Them and Cadets are my two favorite groups out there.

Well for those of us who are excited we also get to see the preview show the day before the first comp. I'm excited but I'm just a fan, what do I know lol I'd be excited if it was pretty much anyone

I have Fan Network, but I haven't decided yet if I want to watch the preview show. I'm going to Opening Night, but I think I want it to be live the first time I see it. Haven't made up my mind.

yeah if I was going live i'd be tempted not to watch it too--i think my first live show isnt until July 5th

FF, Statesmen folded man! And the Edge is up in the air as far as I know. Idk if what's going on anymore... No gigs in a long time. Mostly just Statesmen alumni now anyway.
