lol well see if we get over 15 turn overs a game we have to not only show up for a 6am practice but run laps for our turn overs times the difference in our scores so he'll be talking and cracking jokes and if we laugh we have to start from lap one omg its so hard

lol im sorry you got to love coaches lol. freshman yr in high school marching band our director was running us soooo hard and making us do pushups for every little mistake he even brought the pit out to do it as well. Well we were told to stand in a block next thing I know my ass got hit with a water balloon lol and i was wearing white sooo yea lol anyways they through like 12 at us and WE DID NOT MOVE then eventually the director was like what are you all doing its a water balloon fight LOL

Nakoda, grenades have a pin, if you throw the grenade with the pin in, it doesn't do anything. It's timed, so once you pull the pin you have to let go over the spoon / lever, which will activate the grenade. Then you have 3-5 seconds before it blows up. If a grenade blows up on impact, it was coincidence or just a very well times throw.

You kneel/go prone for protection from fragmentation coming back and killing you.
