In season 2, will we receive the $10,000 "start-up" money again, PLUS what we made from hosting a show, or was the start-up money for your first season only ?

You only receive the 10k when you create your group. Everything else must be earned.

Will we be able to keep our staff? Or will we have to rehire them?
