all i can tell you is you don't change a division until the next season depending on how you did the previous one

There is a formula that gets applied before each season. It depends on a few different factors.
Nakoda: "im gonna slap russ with his own balls after the game"

Can you DROP to a lower division? We got TOTALLY spanked last season in DivII -- like one of my groups was in the bottom five. (I fired the entire staff and replaced them with metronomes.) :)
