Oh wow... I wonder if there even is a max at all lol maybe it just keeps scaling with your staff and influence!

There's a max for staff. My color guard will be maxed in 1 or 2 seasons.

Also my difficulty is currently at 22. I forget who I leveled up this season, so the max is either 24 or 23.
