For the iOS app, I'd need a Mac. I could do an Android app, the problem is, as cire said, time is an issue. If I was going to spend 2 or 3 weeks on a mobile app, I'd rather spend that time working on new gameplay and features, because those would affect everyone, and only a fraction of users would play on an Android device.
So it's not that I don't want to, but I can't really justify it at the moment.
