I am wondering how promotion to DIV II works from DIV III?

There is no guide in the game guide that I have noticed where it explains how it works?

I want to remain in DIV III for a few seasons.

Divisions are based on the following:
- Influence
- Director Level
- Stat points
- Money
- Past performance

The system will automatically place you where you'll be fairly competitive with groups around you.

If you want to stay in Div 3, then don't win a lot and don't practice during the off season. We don't know the actual formula for the divisions so just give it your best shot.
