Holy crap congrats that sure is an improvement from last season, just remember that a bunch of people haven't had shows yet.

One thing is for sure, the influence campaigns the Silver Falcons did last season really helped. This is the best we've ever started the early season, so I'm really looking forward to how the rest of the season pans out.

That is really evil to wait until finals to compete......

It hurts my score cause I need to see my score to light my competitive fire.

It makes it more interesting not seeing your score until finals, especially if you are shooting for a high placement. Plus it will piss off everyone else who THINKS they are in x place :D

It seems kinda broken to me. Apart from BOA I can't think of a circuit that doesn't require some form of regular season competitive performance to qualify for the post season.

I don't think there's a USBands rule that specifically states that you have to attend qualifying events for championships.

It's not like there's a big advantage to not doing a show like more practice time. And sometimes you end up on top of those sneaky corps and you still are in X place >:)

While there is no score benefit to not competing in any shows until championships, from a realism standpoint any ensemble that did not compete in a show until championships would be at a huge disadvantage because of the lack of post-show critique that groups receive from judges which they in turn use to make their shows better.
