my marching band was declined TWICE on april 7th. i have over 30k influence. ik that there aren't THAT many people with more influence than me and there is no possible way they all applied to these 2 shows. i just don't get it

Some people just start at the top of the list and go down. I've had to decline 50k people cause my show filled too.

Somewhat and mostly first come first served.

I always do first come first serve, but do like to have a few of the "big boys" at my shows.

Well I get the declined and the show isn't filled yet. Like 10/25. Wouldn't you think that a bigger show like that you are going to need people to fill up the show.

I have recently tried to go by at least a 5K min or min level of 10 because that way I know they are active.

I was trying the 5k limit, but I never decline people just cause I'll get impatient and accept them anyway after a day or two.

As the days go on, I continue to accept just anyone to fill up my slots. I think going forward, I'm going to limit my shows to just 20 groups now.

The 20 group show works pretty well for me lol I never get more than 20 applications so its perfect.

How do you guys pick the dates for your shows? I tend to put my show on a day that is empty at the time but this season I decided to put it on my birthday which ended up having like four other shows on the same day.

I do the latest day with fewest shows. That way people have time apply and I get to see how much money I'm making go up through most of the season. Plus its cooler to see Higher scores at my show ;D

I try to pick days with mostly league shows. I usually never have any problems filling my shows that way. I never host shows on the first and last days of the week though because they tend to be the days when most people will actually prefer a league show to a non-league show.
