I also fundraised a lot during the most recent pre season and I think that was one of the reasons I started as low as I did.

yeah lol did you rehearse at all? Or like like once a day? I never fundraise anymore. I only host biggerr shows and I make sure they are on days with only a few shows. That way there is little competition for groups to attend my shows. My show is already making me 23000 dollars and its not till may 7th :D I.ll probably make about 50,000 off it lol

ya I am making around 10000 with my show and it is tomorrow and I rehearsed during pre season week I just kept my fund raising at 60

Oooh I see. I used to fund raise on maximum the entire season back when I had no staff. I would rehears 2 times a day and would upgrade my staff as a way to rehearse as well lol. I would still make decent score gains as well. Now it doesn't work like that when everything costs more than 500 lol

yeah i hate it when that happens then you are all excited about your place then they jump 3 points x_x

Yeah, it's the way it goes. I'm hoping to finish top twelve again this season. We'll see. My fingers are crossed.

I have noticed from previous seasons that the top groups in D2 always start out way ahead due to their staff and then throughout the season they slowly slip up and sometimes even drop out of finals. We will see if that holds true yet this year I am positive we will not know the top three until the final day of competition.

So forums have been a little dead lately what has everyone been up to?

The usual. Failing midterms and shizz.

I'm preparing for finals and AP tests. I have about three weeks of school left. From my count, I have four AP tests, six final exams, a symposium, a research paper, two projects, and assorted assignments I have yet to see. Yeah, it's gonna be a busy three weeks.

Finishing up my student teaching application for Spring 2014, gave my senior recital, got finals this upcoming week, and then I'm going to China!

Nice! how long will you be in China for? I have orientation planning today, housing lottery, 5 finals and a final presentation. Most of my research papers and things were due last week

Twelve day trip. We're busing to DC and connecting to Shanghai from Doha, Qatar. So we'll actually have ten days in China. We (the orchestra I'm in) have concerts in Shanghai, Yangzhou, Hangzhou, Tianjin, and Beijing. Needless to say, I'm pumped for this trip!

I've been at rehearsal for the empire statesmen all today and yesterday afternoon. Yesterday morning I had two all-state auditions then went straight to the Statesmen camp lol

That is a really awesome trip I wish I could go!
