I couldn't help but notice that the scores are jammed together once you get passed 12th... One slightly good day could make you jump 5 spots. And also the other way around. Maybe there are too many groups in division 1? It is the largest division. I would imagine it would be smaller because it is heavier competition. I also noticed that there are corps that have only a 61... This seems like its getting too easy to get into division 1... Idk I'm just curious to see what everyone else thinks.

Agreed, makes me wonder why the hell is pioneer in DCI World Class, you should be able to apply to go back down if you don't make it to semis in D1.

Yeah... I mean I'm competing fine in D1 but I wouldn't find it very fun if I wasn't only able to compete at all...

Division 1 is the smallest group and it's impossible for Alex to know whether someone is going to play every day when he puts them in DIvision I. If someone has a 61 at this point it means they aren't playing everyday. I don't think Division I is too large.

Well I don't mean that all the division 1s are larger. I mean the drum corps division 1 has 3 pages. while the drumline division 1 has merely 2. Its only really drum corps that has the jam packed scores with so many people...

Was there a rise in numbers this past season that caused many people to be moved up to division 1? Every single corp in division 3 is new this season to the best of my knowledge.

Division 3 is for the most part all the new people

Drum corps Division I is still the smallest division in drum corps right now, so I think it's okay.

The scores are still really close below 12th though lol
