@mrtuba2000: That sounds great. Just let us know whenever you pick a date (or whenever you get back to FMA, haha). And good luck on the LSAT (I'll be doing MCAT... eventually, haha.)
First off, thank you to flute88, BlueDevils, Tigerguard and JacobCaffrey for hosting our weekly events. Be sure to apply if you haven't yet!
I just wanted to see what you guys thought.
So last season, we hosted our Championships in Concord per tradition, as BlueDevils was the founding member. I wanted to know if anyone had any ideas for this season as to where we can have it? I know it doesn't really matter, but I'd like to provide some recognition to our members by moving it around every new season.
Some possible ideas:
- Concord gets to be the hosting site every season (and I'm sure BlueDevils wouldn't mind that =P)
- The winner of last year's championship gets to be the hosting site (which opens itself up to a problem: what if a group wins every year?)
- We set up a list of members (numbered from 1 to whatever in the order of date joined) and whoever is next on the list gets to host.
- We use that same list from suggestion 3 and plug it into a random number generator. Whoever's number comes out gets to host.
What do you all think? Is there a method that you'd prefer to see used? I'd like to take a vote on it so I know what to put every time we start a new season.
