Quick update:

because of the lack of membership in the northern region we have decided to combine the northern and central regions for next season into one north-central region. If/When we get more membership in those regions we will probably split them back up.

The nominations for these respective region directors have been combined and only one will become the director for the entire region.

Alright, the wait is over, here is the schedule for the inaugural season of the North-East Combine.
Sorry if this is hard to read, I made it in word where I can bold, underline and italicize things.

The schedule was made in order to maximize the shows we have available to us. If the schedule is followed (including the FMA regionals), everyone should get a minimum of 19 shows next season.

I have included a breakdown of what each day of the week looks like in a sample below.
There are only six days in each week because one day will hopefully be filled with an FMA regional.

Size of show is the minimum that each group has committed to. Competitions may be larger than what is listed here. All shows should include the tag “(NEC)” after the show name to show that it is a show associated with the North-East combine.

On days where there is more than one competition, please only apply to the competition that you were assigned here. To make it fair for everyone I used a random number generator to decide which groups went to each competition.

HOSTS: all combine members MUST be accepted into your show before you can accept non-combine members. Everyone else will extend this courtesy to you.

THIS SCHEDULE ASSUMES THAT ALL FMA REGIONALS ARE ON SUNDAYS. ALL SHOWS COULD BE PUSHED BACK ONE DAY IF THE FMA REGIONALS TURN OUT TO BE ON SATURDAYS. A PERSONAL MESSAGE WILL BE SENT TO EACH OF YOU SOON NOTING WHAT DAY YOU ARE HOSTING ONCE THIS INFORMATION BECOMES AVAILABLE.

When I made my semi-finals list the first time, its seems I missed Sound of the Valley (Division 1) directed by One4jmu! My original semi list is fixed now.

thanks bando, I was going to transfer everything to something like that, but I am glad that you did it first. I think that we should put the VP in charge of the combine site. :P

Everyone should look at the new calendar format because it is easier to read; however, please note that you should not schedule your competition until you receive a personal message confirming your date.

Because you scheduled a 15 corps competition, it doesn't make sense for me to host on the same day anymore. I will move my competition to the sunday of the fourth week. We may be loosing a regional, but we will have 7 shows that week. If anyone else is co-hosting and is planning on increasing the size of their show (it is a good thing btw) please let me know so we can expand the schedule. Anyone who is hosting by themselves, if you want to increase the size of your show, that is fine, I don't need to know that. You will just be able to accept more people. I will send messages as soon as we are ready

We made the schedule without remembering that you can only be accepted to 5 shows a week. This should be alright because the spots should be filled in with other corps outside the combine.

We are going to have to ride this season out like this, but next season we will work with this 5 show a week limit.

Please still make sure that all combine members are accepted before you accept other members.
