Mars - Holst - You should just know how this one sounds.
----
Most of this music has never been seen on the drum corps field before; however, the design team of the Azure Arts Organization believes that van Dyck's music lends itself well to the field. The show, Images of the SPQR, has no real story. It is just an ever flowing, weaving panel of drill showing various images of the the great Rome Republic. For all its unique music; however, the design team settled on Mars to close the show with the more familiar sounds not only showing the impending war as Julius Caesar (properly pronounced like Kaiser in the original Latin) makes his power grab. Similarly, most drum corps shows dealing with Rome, deal with the Empire. The Azure Force wish to show to magnificent Republic that it once was.

The Azure Echo is doing a complete heel face turn compared to the Force. The darker music of the SPQR show is completely wiped away with the marching band branch of the Azure Arts. They bring their show:
Karaoke!
Featuring:
Don't Stop Believing - Journey
Living on a Prayer - Bon Jovi
I Will Survive - Gloria Gaynor
I've had the Time of my Life
Bohemian Rhapsody - Queen

Have you ever gotten drunk at a karaoke bar? The designers of this show have, and when you stumble onto stage what songs do you immediately want? The songs that the designers have chosen. With classics of the drunk karaoke singer, there is really no limit to what this show brings. The band hopes to convey the fun feelings of karaoke with friends, the hilarity of a poor drunkard singing, and the embarrassment of said singer as the music gets a little dissonant and he strays out of key. See you at karaoke night!
