Many of them probably are busy with Drum Corps perhaps. Which I was denied my request off so now I can't go to the ONE show I was going to go to this year. Grrr.

I agree with corndog that we should just talk about random stuff. I'll start though it isn't too random.

Have you ever come up with a show concept, put it in and the next day come up with another one that you think is even better and can't wait to do it for next season? haha. I have about my next three WG shows all lined up :-P

I'm just kind of annoyed because any season I do well there's none of those recap things . :p

Drum Corps

Josh, I've been sitting on a few shows for about a year. Wanted to save them until I was good so I could do justice to the theme. Not nearly what you were talking about but it's hard just saving shows!

I know right? I went without a computer for three seasons, didn't get to play a lot because I was in recital mode, and now I finally get score gains and everyone is gone! Haha.

There's only like three people gone at drum corps right?

Pretty sure there is more.. plus it's summer.. a lot of people have lives.

Obviously not enough of a life to justify supporting an energy increase.

I actually have obtained the privilege to write for a community marching band in Germany, it's pretty awesome.

I've been teaching at a drum major camp all week so I haven't been able to do anything on the internet. I'll try and help this issue out. I haven't check lately, but I'm still pretty high in the post counts and I need to keep up that lead!

I just went to the Walnut DCI Competition and they said Academy was recruiting some Contras....I want to do it but my mom doesn't like me going to Arizona and the half of the nation....they also said it was a free trip....

Tell her you won't be going to Arizona. You will be going everywhere else.

I would imagine corps takes up a lot of time, and at least a few people on here march. There is also senior corps, which takes more time than you think, and the various circuits around the globe that are either all age or all year round. And I agree with Cire's comment.

I've been busy with the DCA corps Empire Statesmen every weekend so I am almost never on during the weekends. And now that the Edge is starting to rehearse more and get some boss gigs, I have days when i can't get on during the week too! This weekend I'm going to be at Darian Lake Theme Park doing performances with both the Empire Statesmen and The Edge. So I'm going to be fundraising on max so I can upgrade my staff to make up for the lost time :P
