Before the new season begins we at the Red Regiment camp would like to take a moment and introduce the shows that will be entertaining the audiences this season.

First we go to our guard. Coming off their finals appearance, placing 7th overall, Elegance is back again in season 16 with their show titled "Temporary Home". Taking the words of Carrie Underwood and spinning them into vibrant moves and color, this show is going to take the audience on an emotional roller coaster as our solo performer shows us that it's not easy to make it through without a home to go to.

Next we have our marching band. After a successful season finishing 6th overall in Div.II, the Red Regiment Marching Pride is proud to present their show "World Tour". The show takes us on a short journey around the world, starting in our own backyard with Joseph Jenkins' "American Overture". We quickly take a jump across the ocean to Ireland were the soft sounds of Samuel Hazo's "Solas Ane" will take us all back to the ol'country. Finally we are taken to the arab nations with another Hazo masterpiece "Arabesque".

After their 12th place finish in the Div II finals last season, the Red Regiment drum corp would love to make a second attempt for the gold this season, and with this show they just might get there. The show is simply called "Beethoven". Taking some of the greatest works from one of the greatest composers of all time, and putting it in the face of all the audience. This show begins with the popular "9th Symphony", then abruptly slows and calmly becomes the "Moonlight Sonata", ending the show with a blast of sound and color, the Regiment gives you the staple "Ode to Joy" as their finale.

Lastly we have Fury. As great as last season's finish was (9th place in Div II), the percussion gurus at Fury are expecting great things from their newest show titled "Tempered Steel". Taking the widely popular tune by Charles R. Young that bares the same name, this show is raw, unstoppable, unrelenting, and amped up with aggression. Nothing compares to it. From the first two seconds of this work, you know you're in for a crazy ride filled with fast movement, and powerful sound. Be prepared to pick up your jaw.
