As an offshoot of the previous "not enough shows" thread, I was looking at an application that hasn't been accepted. There were two others shows on the same day with "Apply" options. Once I canceled my application, the other two shows were marked as "Event Full".

Full shows need to be marked as full in every view, not just when you don't have an active application.

That's a known bug
