Day 3. Hour Unknown. There seem to be more and more of these Drum Corps coming out and performing. The number is near endless at this point. It’s possible that they will take over the world soon, based simply on their numbers. And the masses seem to enjoy watching these Drum Corps performing. They are coming out in the hundreds to watch these people perform acts the likes of which I’ve never seen. Perhaps we should take a more in depth look at these Drum Corps.


Perception Drum and Bugle Corps (54.690. Winners of Brass Caption, Percussion Caption, Music Ensemble, Visual Ensemble, Music GE, and Visual GE) retained their position as 1st place in Division I. After taking a day off, Glory Cadets (53.180. Winners of Visual Performance and Guard Caption) moved back into the top 3 for Division I and are currently in 2nd. Moving up in the Standings of Division I, Darkness (52.995. Swept all Captions) went from 5th yesterday to now being ranked 3rd.


Band Geeks (49.955. Swept all Captions.) moved up a spot, from 2nd yesterday to 1st today in Division II. Another mover in the Top 5 from yesterday, Black Diamonds (49.885. Winners of all Captions except Visual Ensemble) jumped from 5th to 2nd today. Eclipse Drum Corps (49.520. Swept all Captions) were the only ‘newcomers’ in the top 3 for Todays Division II Rankings. They are currently in 3rd.


Forbidden Regiment (49.280. Swept all Captions) became the top ranked Division III Corps today, after performing for the first time this season. The Knights (47.280.) managed to remain in the Top 3 of Division III, despite not performing today, and are now in 2nd. Also performing for the first time this season, Madison County Cadets (47.910. Swept all Captions)managed to take 3rd in Division III.
