I also got a blank screen, but it was when accepting a group to my show.

I think this is what happens when duplicates pop up.

Possible. I was able to reapply to the show afterwards.. maybe that causes the duplicate? I'm assuming there was a PHP error before the duplicate check or whatever you are doing and that allows the duplicate entry? No idea..
