Tonight the crowd of the Drums Along the Bay in Englewood, Florida went absolutely berserk as the scores for the Div. II competitors were announced. The Druids, making a ground breaking Season, have stepped the bar even higher-- coming approx. 1.3 points behind the Division II top record score held by the Falcon Regiment in Season 4. That score being an 81.495, and the Druids, on the last regular show of the Season, received a close 80.165. With a rehearsal day tomorrow and three rounds of Finals competitions left, it's looking mighty good that the Druids may set a standard that lasts another six seasons!
The Druids held a special celebratory performance by their buses after the show tonight, performing a stand-still of their show by parking-lamp light, as well as mixed classical pieces and segments of their previous shows-- including the closer from their debut Season in FMB from the "Bon Voyage!" show. Afterward, they spoke a little bit about their experience to a crowd of fans who stayed long enough to enjoy the entire Druids experience.
"We are glad to be so well accepted here in the States," says one of the horn sergeant's for the corps.
"I would never have guessed this Season to go by with such success, and so quickly. I am graduating this year, and it's been... one heck of an experience..."
The administration would also like to make an announcement that the Druids website has been recently fixed of many of it's bugs-- including the blank guestbook page and the finishing of the "past ensembles" page. The link for the website is

Stay tuned, folks, as Finals edges closer and the Druids prepare to reveal their greatest show ending yet!
