So, similar to the Moderator and Admin titles in posts, maybe something that league's can upload that show up on member's posts? Although, you'd probably need some kind of option for a user to get rid of it. Just a thought.

Or maybe just do what is done with groups in the Statistics page on forum posts.

I think its probably better to just click a person's profile. There would be a lot of extra clutter with 4 league links on each person's forum badge. Then people would want to show director level, influence, etc.
