Hey MBI Bands! Congrats on a great first season. In season 11 there will be a championship show for our 44 bands!

Here is the show info:

MBI World Championships
Saturday August, 6

If any band would like to join MBI, feel free to send me a message or post here. One of us will be glad to invite you! Remember, you are free to be as stingy as you want when you host your own shows. Don't want low influence league members taking up valuable spots at your show? Don't accept them. We require no restrictions when you host your own shows!

Be sure to keep the date open in your band's schedule. Also, lets use this thread for our season 10 discussion. Good luck!

Siberian Federal didn't even START practicing their show until last week, and they still placed 54th out of 95 Division 3 marching bands, missing semifinals by less than a point! Here's hoping we can really bring it in season ten.

Speaking of Charmander, my corps' show next season will relate to Pokémon somewhat (I'll give more details later).

You'll learn quickly that it's going to be tough to get people if you don't have a show up within the first 24 hours, let alone 12 hours of the new season. I would but I too already have a show that day.

I've got a full schedule that week as well.

Our league is definitely going to make a lot of money from our championships. Next season, plan on a few more shows PLUS championships!

Night Area High School is announcing that it will be leaving MBI at the end of this season to pursue work with the new CLASS and IIEA sponsored marching band league. We have enjoyed our time with MBI, and we are glad we were able to be part of it in it it's early stages. We wish the league good luck in future seasons.
