Uh, played it once with my friends. Fun, but the one friend is waaaay too competitive and was bigger than the rest of us. -_-" Wasn't a big fan of it in gym class.

It's basically like football, except instead of a football, you use a frisbee, and the game doesn't stop at all. Once you have the frisbee, you have to stop running, and pass it to someone else in order to start running again. You continue this until someone catches the frisbee in the end zone.

Pretty fun, I enjoy it whenever I get a chance to play.

Sorta like a cross between rugby and football but with a frisbee ? Now THAT sounds like fun.

Man I wish they had that when I was younger, before frisbees we would just sail 331/3 LP's across the school yard

( yes, a true story of 8th grade but we all gut busted when 20+ kids started bringing records every morning and with records going in all directions there were some injuries )

Well, it's like football in a sense that it is played on a football field, but the game runs constantly like soccer, except like mentioned above when you have the frisbee, you can't move until you throw it. Also unlike soccer and football, there is no contact.

It's a lot of fun, and it will get you in shape pretty darn quick.

If you define play as "flail around wildly with a frisbee" then yes.
