Everyone will receive their money at the end of the season. I am trying it this way to prevent players from getting tons of money in the middle of the season and having scores spike because of huge staff increases.

While that makes sense, is that listed anywhere ? ( hey have pitty on a newbee ) I would have adjusted my spending differently had I know this.........<hangs head in shame >
