Yeah the whole day off thing threw me off and by the time I noticed it I was already accepted into the days of Class championships and the Citrus bowl. UGG! Ah well. Next season! ;)

IBEX Spectacular May 10

every season there is something new to challenge us! Because of the change in scheduling, most notably Sundays now being the last day of the week instead of the first, the Sunday before finals is not part of finals week. The problem with that, we specifically planned it for that day so people wouldnt over schedule and unfortunately with the change, thats what happened. SO to plan for future last minute changes like that, CLASS Championships should be the FIRST day of Finals week, whatever that is. Its the only way i can think of to take care of this issue, or we could move it to the LAST regular show of the season, which ever everyone prefers.

Also Saturday shows will be reserved for people who can committ to larger shows of 20+ corps. If there are not enough who can, it will then be opened up to 15+ etc. I am going to actually prepare the schedule soon. I figure if we start talking about season 9 schedule right out of the gate, maybe we can finally work one out that benefits all!

I think either day works. If we make it the last competition day itd be easy to schedule.

how about we do this---the LAST day a CLASS corps can schedule will be the Sunday before finals and CLASS Championships will be the last regular schedule day so we will have CLASS then go right into finals week so it will be as close to finals as possible--then maybe we wont get messed up again!!! LOL
