I realize I've been bad about posting these the past few seasons but I'm hoping to correct that. So without further ado, I present this seasons next shows!
Regal Regiment comes off a finalist season placing 8th and hoping to build off that success. This season presents another dark show with a bit of an open to interpretation ending:
Robot Revolution
Turbine by John Mackey
Adagio for TRON from TRON Legacy by Daft Punk
Spiderbots from I, Robot by Marco Beltrami
Round Up from I, Robot by Marco Beltrami
The Marching Lords finish another finalist season placing the highest they have placed since season 3 (5th). They bring a more light hearted show to the field but in a sinister way. Though the music is all from Disney, evil is brewing in this show but will most likely be a crowd pleaser. The ending will also end quite powerfully hopefully sending shivers and chills through the audience. Their show is:
Rise of the Villains
The Worlds Greatest Criminal Mind from The Great Mouse Detective by Henry Mancini
Be Prepared from The Lion King by Hans Zimmer
The Mob Song from Beauty and the Beast by Alan Menken
Hell's Fire from The Hunchback of Notre Damn by Stephen Schwartz
Nobles of Grace return from another successful trip to finals placing 6th. They too are bringing another sinister show to the floor. They hope to send chills from the opening piece and make the audience have tears run down their faces in the end. This is to be the most powerful and emotional performance done by this group yet. Presenting:
The Fall from Grace
Maleficent's Evil Spell from Sleeping Beauty by George Burns
Vale Decem from Doctor Who: The End of Time by Murray Gold
The Drumming Imperials, fresh off another trip to finals placing 8th and have decided to return to the same source as last year for their music. These pieces are sure to thrill as last years had. The come to the floor with their show:
Call to Arms
1000 Ships of the Underworld by Two Steps from Hell
Moving Mountains by Two Steps from Hell
Super Strength by Two Steps from Hell
I will hopefully be posting links to youtube for each of these pieces as well tomorrow. Good luck to everyone this coming season! :)
