Oh wow, I would love one like that.

This is a uniform I have had for some time, but I added some edits to it using Photoshop. Do you think you can do this? The sash is supposed to be white, and I couldn't get the blues from the original consistent with the blues I did on the computer despite using the eyedropper tool.
